Maps are normally despatched by e-mail within 90 minutes of your order arriving with us, during normal business hours. Or if you would prefer a printed map, we will send your order by first-class mail on the same day.
Accurate Data
As National Map Centre are an OS Licensed Partner, our system gets regular updates from the Ordnance Survey. Your planning map will contain the most up to date mapping in the country.

You can download samples of our maps from the samples page, and check with your architect or council that they can use the data correctly. Any questions, please give us a call.

Are you extending your property, carrying out a small building project, installing solar panels or need a plan for exterior signage?
You may have to apply for planning permission from your local authority. They may require up to six copies of a Location Map (1:1250 scale) or Block plan (1:500 scale); or they could request a Planning Pack comprising both scales, these are provided as A4 pdf files by e-mail. The licence allows you to print 6 copies of both.
- Location Maps and Block plans can also be used for home referencing, insurance claims, conveyancing and in presentations and reports.
- Location Maps and Block Plans are available for any location in Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales).
- Location Map and Block Plan data purchased on this website comes with a one year internal business use copyright licence which allows you to produce printed copies for your own use.
