Accurate Data
As National Map Centre are an OS Licensed Partner, our system gets regular updates from the Ordnance Survey. Your planning map will contain the most up to date mapping in the country.

Land Registry Title Plans
NOTE: VAT applies to this product (£13.50 net/£16.20 gross)
Title plans are based on an extract of the Ordnance Survey map and support the property description graphically.
The Title plan illustrates the extent of property owned, outlining it to show the exact area. Where parts of the property are affected by Rights of Way or restrictive covenants, markings are used to indicate them.
This document is the other official document proving ownership and is used by property professionals and non-professionals.
Why not order both Land Registry products at the same time (for the same address) at a reduced cost.
